Seared tuna with lime and chilli couscous


Returning home to find two tuna steaks sitting in the fridge awaiting my consumption has to be up there with one of the best things that has happened to me this week (top of the list would be the ability to eat my lunch without the very real possibility of throwing it all up again - but more on that when I get round to writing my "Catering at sea" post).

They came with a little sachet of soy and chilli dressing (you have to love M&S - these were not just tuna steaks...), and because I'd been craving couscous after nearly two weeks without it - only now do I realise how heavily dependent my diet is upon couscous - I figured they'd go nicely with couscous mixed with sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, lots of chopped coriander and some chopped cucumber. I was, in fact, right, and it was delicious.
